This program is written in JAVA. The zip file must be downloaded and its files extracted into a directory. Double click on HorseCalc.jar to run it. You must have the latest java runtime.

The program can only read data from HorseCalc.com for the current races being handicapped. God knows what happens if you're not online...

Select the race you want to handicap, here it is #8.

Try moving the Speed and Class sliders to change the handicap.

Next step is to hopefully cash tickets.
